He has over 15 years of working experience in the Management industry, management of Projects and Sales. He has a very fat experience in the construction industry of Uganda. Currently working as company’s Managing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University Uganda.

He has over 15 years of working experience in the Construction industry & Contracts Management position, with vast experience in the projects management. Currently working as Contracts Director, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, a post graduated diploma in Construction Planning Management from Makerere University Uganda & Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in ethnobotany from Makerere University and a postgraduate diploma in Consruction Management. She has over 10 years work Expereince in management positions and serves as Projects Manager at Shine Afric Limited, where her duties and responsibilities include but not limited to; Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines, Manage projects cash flows, Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction, Evaluate Project Performance, Supervision and valuation of site works.

Micheal holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Makerere University. He has got over 8 years of experience. his key duties include but are not limited to the following; preparation of annual cash flow projections for work, preparation for tender documents and overseeing bid procedures, as well as preparation of payment certificates and final accounts.

Mpikire Audrey has over 6 years experience and holds a Bachelors degree of Law (LLB). Audrey ensures compliance and tax advisory roles in the company are up-to-date. His key duties include but are not limited to the following; budgetary controls, ensuring time documentation and contract reviews.

Gabriella has over 4 years experience and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Makerere University. her key duties include but are not limited to preliminary cost analysis, cost planning and budget establishment, tender documentation and analysis, contract documentation, post contract cost control and settlement of final accounts.
